David has been working in health and social care for more than 20 years. For the first 12 years, he delivered positive change and growth to various large mental health and learning disability operations.
In 2014, David founded Care Ideals, and initially much of the work was focused on crisis management. However, for the last few years, David has developed and refined an original concept for care businesses, whereby every aspect of the care business is simultaneously supported, including compliance, quality assurance, care provision, HR, marketing and profitability.

As a registered nurse with over 40 years of experience working in a range of NHS and private sector health and social care settings, Gale now assists social care businesses and organisations to reach their full potential.
She holds a BSc in Health and Welfare Practice Education and Supervision, an Advanced Diploma in Specialist Practice Teaching, and a Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
Gale is passionate about helping social care providers capitalise on the hard work that is already being done, so as to refine and improve care delivery. She is convinced that the most effective approach to building strong and successful care businesses is by combining this basic philosophy with the foundations of good practice, and delivered in a professional, personal and compassionate manner.
Gale works diligently to support all her clients achieve this balance and is committed to building change management processes that are based on justice and fairness.

Lindsay trained as a nurse for people with learning disabilities over 30 years ago and has since enjoyed a varied and challenging career in both the ‘not for profit’ and private care industry. She worked her way up the ranks from a Care Assistant in the NHS to a successful five-year tenureship as CEO of the Meath Epilepsy Charity.
With a background in care inspection, Lindsay has an excellent insight into best practice regulations, processes and procedures, and a comprehensive understanding of HR legislation in relation to staff selection, recruitment, supervision, managing performance and absence. She is experienced in investigating staff grievances, whistle-blowing issues and disciplinary meetings, and is an experienced people manager.
Lindsay understands the importance of encouraging all team members to grow and develop to the best of their ability. She believes that creating outstanding services requires the involvement and commitment of the whole staff team, as well as the full engagement of service users, their relatives and other stake holders.

Dave has been a Registered Manager of both residential and supported living adult social care services for nearly 20 years. He has supported people with a wide range of complex needs, including learning disability, autistic spectrum disorder, mental health, individuals with a forensic background and older adults with dementia. Dave now utilises this experience and his commitment to improving social care services, to help providers maximise their operational standards and business development.
Holding a Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and having undertaken countless care compliance reviews, Dave possesses an excellent understanding of regulatory compliance, people management and service development. In addition, he has substantial experience of successfully developing and operationally managing services.
All of this means that Dave is very well-placed to not only appreciate and understand the challenges that social care organisations face, but also how they can best be supported to overcome these challenges, and prosper.

Jess has worked in marketing for over 20 years and enjoys helping businesses to grow and develop. She is a digital marketing specialist who creates effective, integrated campaigns across websites, social media, content and email marketing and is also able to use off-line channels as needed. Jess started her marketing career at KLP Euro RSCG, working on large brands from Peugeot and O2 to Britvic and Warburtons. In recent years she has chosen to specialise in employee communications, recruitment marketing and marketing for small to medium sized businesses. This wide-ranging and substantial experience means Jess can use digital marketing and social media to help businesses expand and she can also help companies improve their brand image so as to recruit and retain employees.

In her career, she has been fortunate enough to have had opportunities in small GP Surgeries and large private hospital groups including HCA Healthcare, Nuffield Health and Care Fertility.
Having been part of fledgling and well-established teams, she understands how integral investing in people and teamwork is to achieving success. Antonia enjoys implementing processes and systems that deliver efficient administrative support along with exceptional customer service.
